How does time tracking work?
Team members install our lightweight desktop agent. It tracks active work time, detects idle periods automatically after 5 minutes, and captures occasional screenshots — all transparent to the employee. The agent runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. You can also downgrade to the Free plan and keep your account.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Screenshots auto-delete after 30 days by default for privacy compliance. You can configure shorter retention or disable screenshots entirely per team.
Does the desktop agent slow my computer down?
No. The agent runs in the background using less than 50MB of RAM and minimal CPU. It captures screenshots every 5–25 minutes (configurable) and syncs activity every 30 seconds — nothing more.
Can clients see what we're working on?
Yes — the optional Client portal lets you invite clients to view only the projects and tasks linked to them. Clients can also submit payments with proof, which the CEO confirms in the dashboard.
