Pricing FAQ
What counts as an "internal employee"? +
CEO, COO, Project Managers, Team Leads, Employees, and Interns count toward your plan's seat limit. Contractors and Clients are free to invite โ they don't count toward your employee total on any plan.
Do I need a credit card to start? +
No. Every new company gets a 14-day Pro trial automatically โ no credit card required. After the trial, your account moves to Free unless you upgrade.
What happens when my 14-day trial ends? +
Your account automatically downgrades to Free. You keep all your data and existing employees โ they stay active and can keep working. You just can't add new internal employees beyond Free's 3-employee limit until you upgrade.
What happens when I outgrow my plan? +
Each plan has a set number of internal employee seats โ 3 on Free, 5 on Starter, 10 on Pro, 25 on Business. When you need more seats, just upgrade to the next plan. For teams larger than 25, contact sales for a custom plan.
Can I switch plans? +
Yes โ upgrade or downgrade anytime from billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Which currencies do you accept? +
Billing is processed in USD. Prices on this page are auto-displayed in your local currency for convenience, but actual charges go through in USD.
What payment methods do you accept? +
Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex). Enterprise customers can pay by invoice with NET 30 terms.
